About the Role Technical Training is part of Volvo Trucks Competence Development (CD). You will develop training solutions for a global dealer network, focusing on workshop technicians and customer-facing staff, to succeed in an increasingly electrified and software-driven truck environment. You will collaborate with a global network of trainers and dealer partners to ensure high-quality, locally adaptable learning. What You'll Do
- Develop instructor-led training courses and online learning solutions for a global audience.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging training content for technicians and customer-facing staff.
- Collaborate with global training networks and the train-the-trainer network to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery with local adaptation.
