Technical Support Specialist
Dopo un percorso di inserimento mirato, ti occuperai di:
- Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato ai clienti (da remoto e onsite) su sistemi di automazione industriale
- Gestire in autonomia attività di troubleshooting su PLC, HMI e sistemi elettrici/elettronici
- Effettuare interventi presso clienti per manutenzione, diagnosi guasti e ottimizzazione impianti
- Supportare il miglioramento continuo del servizio, contribuendo allo sviluppo del Service Business
- Interfacciarti con team interni (R&D, engineering) per la risoluzione di problematiche tecniche complesse
Your Profile / Qualifications
Laurea (triennale o magistrale) in Ingegneria Elettronica / Automazione / affini Esperienza di 3–5 anni (o equivalente) in ruoli di assistenza tecnica / service engineering / manutenzione su sistemi di automazione industrial
