About the Role The Technical Support Engineer provides expert technical assistance to customers using HACH solutions for water quality analysis. This role requires a solid understanding of basic chemistry, chemical testing methods, and the use of sensing technologies for water quality monitoring. You will support customers in applying HACH methods from the Water Analysis Handbook and ensure accurate and reliable use of HACH analyzers and monitoring systems in environmental and industrial process applications.
