About the Role We are expanding our in-house recruiting team and seeking a Technical Sourcer to shape the growth of our engineering organization. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to identify, engage, and attract software engineers, infrastructure engineers, and quantitative developers, while influencing hiring strategy and building long-term talent pipelines across APAC. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a range of technical roles across Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Quantitative Development.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of high-quality technical talent through research, networking and direct outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and advise on sourcing strategies for difficult to fill positions.
