About the Role As our Technical Shift Line Lead at the Wrexham manufacturing site, you’ll lead multiskilled technicians to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of production lines. You’ll act as the key link between the shift craft team and the wider Maintenance function, helping to deliver safety, quality, service and cost improvements. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people development and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Leading Shift Maintenance Teams – Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to a team of multiskilled technicians, fostering a high-performing and safety-focused culture.
- Coordinating Maintenance Execution – Manage maintenance priorities, breakdown response and shift maintenance plans to maximise equipment availability and operational performance.
