Job Description:
- Establish, develop, and maintain a robust network of fish feed distributors, dealers, and individual farmers to scale monthly sales volumes.
- Execute aggressive sales strategies to challenge competitors and capture market share for our feed products
- Responsible for driving market penetration, aggressive customer acquisition, and volume growth for our commercial fish feed portfolio.
- Efficiently manage a vast, multi-state field sales territory, ensuring optimal route planning and maximum physical farm visits
- Act as a technical bridge between the farm operations team and external clients, ensuring customer feedback on feed quality is captured and addressed.
