About the Role Microsoft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within software engineering. The TPM will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver high-impact initiatives. What You'll Do
- Lead and drive complex, multi-functional programs from inception to delivery
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations to define scope, milestones, and success metrics

- Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration across cross-functional teams
