Technical Product & Operations Manager (IT & Risk)
About this role
What you'll be doing: ✅ Owning product roadmaps, releases and platform priorities ✅ Overseeing IT operations, infrastructure and applications (general working knowledge, not deep hands-on admin) ✅ Leading IT security, risk management and business continuity ✅ Managing technology vendors and SLAs ✅ Running IT service management (incidents, requests, changes) ✅ Supporting technology projects and leading the IT team
Who we're looking for: 🔹 Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field 🔹 3–5 years' experience in technical product management, IT operations and/or IT risk/security 🔹 General knowledge of infrastructure and applications (servers, networks, cloud/VPS, databases) 🔹 Experience with IT risk, security or compliance — financial services experience is a plus 🔹 Strong vendor management, documentation and communication skills
