Job Summary
The Technical Operator for Sterilization is responsible for operating and maintaining sterilization equipment and systems to ensure the safe and effective sterilization of medical devices, equipment to be used via PC interpretation for HMI.
Responsibilities
- Operate sterilization equipment (PC, HMI) according to validated procedures.
- Track all the products around conveyor systems, and Sterilization Room, to unjam boxes or trays.
- Load products into conveyors and manipulate the interface of the HMI.
- Unwrap material prior to sterilization cycle.
- Load/unload product manually once the manual line is running.
- Monitor and document sterilization cycles, parameters, and outcomes.
- Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance.
