Job Description
How does your working day look like...
- You take overall responsibility for and ensure the smooth operation of the hotel’s entire technical infrastructure, including building systems, operational equipment, safety systems, air-conditioning, energy, and event technology.
- You lead and develop your three-person technical team, including duty scheduling, conducting employee appraisals, and fostering individual strengths and skills.
- You are involved in the annual budgeting process and are responsible for planning and implementing maintenance, repair, and investment measures.
