Technical Manager – Facility Management
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager for Facility Management to lead technical operations, maintenance teams, and vendor management for commercial building systems on Victoria Island, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP systems including HVAC, generators and electrical systems
- Lead technical and maintenance teams
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance
- Manage vendors, budgets and client technical requests
- Prepare technical reports and drive energy efficiency
Requirements
- B.Eng/B.Sc in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- 10+ years' experience, including 5+ years in a managerial FM role
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
