About the Role Lead content strategy for Honda's Auto Development Center (ADC) internal information sharing. Assess, propose new strategies, oversee and lead content strategy creation, and ensure effective strategic communication to engage associates and advance development content usage across channels. What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee content strategy for ADC development information sharing.
- Align with the department business plan; set development information sharing goals; promote ADC development internally and externally (academia, industry).
- Assess, propose, and coordinate processes to enable high-quality information sharing across leadership and associates at ADC (Div-Dept-Unit levels).
- Establish metrics, maintain them, and drive continuous improvement for main areas of responsibility.
