About the Role The Technical Consultant at ChemTreat supports the sales organization as a trusted technical advisor and helps shape the technical strategy within the sales cycle to influence customer outcomes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Pretreatment & Polymer, this role blends technology and customer success, owning technical solutioning for pretreatment applications with autonomy in the field. This position is remote (USA) with significant field interaction.
What You'll Do
- Partner with sales teams to design and recommend water treatment solutions across pretreatment applications
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, diagnosing system performance and shaping optimization strategies
- Support proposal development and contribute technical expertise during the sales cycle
- Conduct site audits to assess water treatment processes and recommend improvements
