About the Role As a Technical Applications Scientist for the META+ region, you will be the customer-facing technical expert within Illumina's Service and Support team in Dubai, delivering guidance across Library Preparation, Sequencing Instruments, Analysis Software and Microarray technologies. You will partner with customers, channel partners and internal teams to resolve issues, drive service excellence, and enable customer success. What You'll Do
- Quickly and accurately answer technical questions
- Professionally triage, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
- Assist customers with design and interpretation of Microarray and Next-Generation sequencing experiments
- Provide technical guidance on Illumina products for existing and prospective customers
