About the Role Renault Trucks Africa & LAPAC organization is seeking a Technical and Driver Trainer to drive the competence development program across importers networks in Africa & LAPAC. You will report to the Competence Development Manager Africa & LAPAC and be part of the Aftermarket Management Team, collaborating with the Sales Region International. This permanent role is based in Lyon, Saint-Priest and focuses on building a strong, competent technical network. What You'll Do
- Manage and organize competence development solutions (Self-study material, classroom courses and other training material) mostly for technical competencies.
- Manage Trainer network and course curriculum within defined subject area.
- Responsible for the total training calendar implementation for Renault Trucks partners.
