About the Role The Technical Advisor at SailPoint leverages deep identity security expertise to lead customer engagements and advise on SailPoint's SaaS and software solutions. In the early months, you will build a strong foundational knowledge of products and act as a technical lead on engagements, sharing best practices and becoming a trusted advisor to customers, partners and colleagues as you grow within Professional Services.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program
- Perform assessments of the customer’s current Identity landscape and build out their future identity road map
- Build out customers’ Identity role-based access control and application onboarding program
- Ensure SailPoint best practices are followed through the project for a successful project delivery
