About this role
Your Role
We are looking for a Techical project manager for our pharmaceutical projects in Stockholm.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Partnering with the Project Manager to define technical direction and deliver compliant, integrated solutions that meet business needs.
- Owning the technical plan: assess design partners, lead lean practices, and ensure timely delivery of technical outputs.
- Building and lead high-performing teams, shaping objectives to achieve project outcomes.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and adapt communication to influence and maintain alignment.
- Applying manufacturing processes and technical standards throughout project execution.
Your Profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science (or equivalent).
- 7–10 years’ experience delivering major capital projects (>USD 5 million) and leading teams of 5–20 people.
