About the Role Tech Sr. Solution Manager – Track & Trace is responsible for leading a global deployment team within Track & Trace. The role is accountable for delivering compliant, scalable and future-ready Track & Trace solutions across markets, factories and product categories. Working closely with Tech teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you will align priorities, drive execution and strengthen the resilience, simplicity and value of the Track & Trace ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Own the Track & Trace solution portfolio, roadmap and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with PMI Tech strategy, business priorities and regulatory commitments.
- Translate regulatory, business and operational needs into clear solution priorities, delivery roadmaps and investment proposals.
