About the Role Dover seeks a Tech Lead - Hardware to drive intrinsic safe hardware design for electrical/electronic systems. The role balances safety, performance and reliability in a hybrid Bengaluru-based environment. It combines hardware design, power budgeting and thermal analysis with certification processes. What You'll Do
- Hands on experience in intrinsic safe design, electronics design, power budgeting and thermal design.
- Intrinsic safe analysis, hardware design, power electronics and thermal calculations.
- Embedded design and sensor interfaces (analog and digital).
- Certification EMI/EMC or oil and gas environments.
- ATEX, IECEx certification procedures.
- Knowledge on controller interfaces. What We're Looking For
