Original description: Als Teamleiter:in Logistik / Schichtleiter:in Lager bist du eine zentrale Führungskraft im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bringst Leadership-Mindset mit, um dein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Du arbeitest hands-on auf der Fläche, trägst Verantwortung für reibungslose Abläufe und engagierst dich in der Personalplanung und -entwicklung. Standort ist der modernen Logistikstandort in Staufenberg bei Kassel.
Was du tun wirst:
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams im Lager
- Unterstützung und Vertretung der Gruppenleitung
- regelmäßige Team-, Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche
- Aktive Personalplanung und Schichtsteuerung
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser, effizienter logistikinterner Abläufe
- Enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
- Einarbeitung, Coaching und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender
