About the Role Als Teamlead Tax Content Development verantworten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres steuerrechtlichen Content-Portfolios, gestalten neue Inhalte und Formate, bauen das Autor:innen- und Expert:innennetzwerk auf und sichern Aktualität und Qualität in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Steuerexpert:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Herausgeber:innen. Sie führen das Tax Content-Team und arbeiten eng mit Produkt, Technik und Vertrieb zusammen. What You'll Do
- Bereichsleitung Tax und fachliche sowie organisatorische Teamführung
- Priorisierung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs entlang klarer Ziele und KPIs
- Abteilungsübergreifendes Arbeiten an der Schnittstelle Content-Produkt-Technik-Vertrieb
- Content-Akquise & Netzwerkaufbau
- Aktive Akquise neuer Inhalte, Autor:innen und Herausgeber:innen im Steuerrecht
