About the Role Team Members at Tractor Supply are the heart of our customer experience, interacting with customers and teammates to support selling initiatives and provide legendary service. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset to perform a variety of store tasks. What You'll Do
- Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures
- Recover merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process
- Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising, sets, and resets
- Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties
- Execute price changes/markdowns and assist customers with loading purchases
- Ensure the safety and well-being of live animals; sanitize and maintain holding tanks as required
- Complete all documentation related to duties; may be asked to perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
