About this role
About the Role Ford's Team Manager leads and develops a team of production (and maintenance) employees to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets in a fast-paced Windsor manufacturing environment. The role drives Ford Operating System initiatives, supports employee development, and fosters accountability and cross-functional collaboration to optimize operational performance and deliver high-quality powertrain components while maintaining a safe workplace. What You'll Do
- Confirm standards are in place and that manufacturing operating system standards are applied and adhered to across the area.
- Facilitate a results-driven process through standard processes and tools.
- Develop, coach, and support teams to achieve SQDCPME objectives.
- Support issues raised by the teams and coach on resolution of abnormalities, validating permanent corrective actions.
