About the Role Be part of ZF's hi-tech logistics center in Ostrov as Team Leader Logistics. You will lead a small team within logistics operations, contribute to process improvements, and ensure safety and quality in daily work. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a small team of employees in logistics operations.
- Manage workplace safety and ensure efficient operations.
- Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes.
- Ensure order fulfillment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize team performance. What We're Looking For
- Minimum secondary education.
- Experience leading a team or as an experienced warehouse operator with potential for people management.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of 5S/Lean/Kaizen.
- Fluent Czech; English is a plus.
