Team Leader
Our Indianapolis manufacturing facility is adding a 1st shift Team Leader to our lineup, and we’d like to hear from you. Lead a team of assemblers to ensure daily production goals are met. Drive resolution to questions or problems that arise.
Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday through Friday, plus overtime as required
As a part of the team, you will:
- Review, plan, coordinate and support the daily work of the cell with continuous focus on our ALPS priorities – Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Produce direct work as needed. Utilize TWI Job Instruction and Job Relations methodology to train and develop the team. Ownership of Training Time Tables for the cell. Write and audit JIB’s as required. Serve as liaison between the cell, the support functions, and the Team Manager.
