About the Role The Team Lead for the Quality Laboratory will manage and supervise the Quality Laboratory organization at the plant level, ensuring governance, calibration oversight, and adherence to customer specifications and LEONI standards. The role focuses on leading the team, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality service delivery at the Zaghouan plant. What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the Quality Laboratory org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Identify potential improvements and provide consulting to enhance service delivery
- Ensure standard & governance adherence and execute processes
- Lead the direct reports in the area of responsibility
- Plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests
- Define team members' objectives, tasks and responsibilities, provide instructions, monitoring and evaluation of results
