Section: About the Role NEPAL Group is hiring a strategic Team Lead, Legal Services to provide legal leadership, regulatory oversight, and commercial protection across its oil & gas operations a role critical to protecting the company's commercial interests, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing legal exposure, and enabling sustainable business growth.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal advisory and risk management across downstream, midstream, and upstream operations
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements (supply, marine, logistics, EPC, vendor, partnership)
- Provide legal support for trade transactions, importation, LC documentation, and product supply arrangements
- Ensure compliance with oil & gas regulatory requirements, statutory obligations, licenses, and permits
