- Lead legal advisory and risk management across downstream, midstream, and upstream-related business operations.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including supply, marine, logistics, EPC, vendor, and partnership contracts.
- Provide legal support for trade transactions, importation activities, LC documentation, and product supply arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with oil & gas regulatory requirements, statutory obligations, licenses, and permits.
- Manage relationships and engagements with regulators, government agencies, and external legal stakeholders.
