About the Role The Team Lead - Hospital Claims oversees the daily operations of a team of patient account representatives, ensuring efficient handling of patient accounts and adherence to quality assurance standards. This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to develop, implement, and meet operational goals, and may work with project supervisors and operations managers on process improvements. The position follows a hybrid schedule with two in-office days and three days remote. What You'll Do

- Ensure the efficient handling of patient accounts while maintaining quality assurance standards.
