The KPMG Ethics Line is an independent whistleblowing service that clients subscribe to for confidential reporting of misconduct, fraud, and other ethical concerns. The facility receives and manages whistleblowing reports on behalf of clients while ensuring anonymity, confidentiality, and compliance with local regulations and global best practices.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an Ethics Line Lead to join our team in Lagos on a permanent basis. You will:
- Lead the delivery of whistleblowing services to clients.
- Ensure adherence to KPMG policies, Nigerian regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 37002).
- Manage ethics line operators and oversee intake, operations, and reporting processes.
