- Lead daily activities of the electrical work group and coordinate with the Production Supervisor to execute the production schedule.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and quality policies, track safety goals, and contribute to Hill Phoenix safety objectives.
- Enforce safety processes (R3, 6S) and monitor the Quality System; apply 8D problem solving methods and structured inspections.
- Assign and execute daily production tasks, optimize standard hours execution, and ensure on-time delivery to internal customers.
