Job Description
- Assist the leadership team with the management of daily operational activities, providing clear direction, guidance, and primary communication support for assigned functional team(s).
- Organize, prioritize, and delegate daily workflow tasks and project assignments to ensure self and assigned team(s) meet strict production deadlines and quality standards.
- Consistently deliver and oversee exceptional client service within a high-volume production environment, ensuring all team activities adhere to company standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide active mentorship, training, and development to team members to build product knowledge, enhance functional processing accuracy, and support a learning culture.
