About the Role A Teaching Assistant role at St Peter’s Elwick, supporting early years learners within a growing Trust. This permanent, full-time position (32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) focuses on creating an inclusive, nurturing environment and giving children the very best start to their learning journey. What You'll Do
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for Early Years pupils
- Contribute to an inclusive, nurturing and encouraging learning environment
- Help manage learning and behaviour to support positive outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers and staff; contribute to productive school life beyond the classroom
- Work well as part of a team and be flexible in approach
