About the Role A part-time, fixed-term Teaching Assistant role at Stanton Primary, commencing September 2026 to support learning across the school during maternity cover. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their potential in a safe, inclusive environment. What You'll Do
- Support pupils with a wide range of learning needs and backgrounds, both individually and in small groups
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities and ensuring pupils can access the curriculum
- Promote engagement in learning and help develop confidence, independence and resilience
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and safeguarding practices
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture and track pupil progress What We're Looking For
