About this role
About the Role Kennel Lane School is a modern, vibrant special school catering for learners aged 3-19 with a wide range of learning difficulties. The role involves varied daily activity and direct learning support across the school, including sensory circuits, class-based support, personal care and engagement in PE. You will also be involved in off-site activities and community links, and will follow the school Behaviour Management procedures to support dysregulated learners. You will work flexibly across the school and across all age ranges. Interviews are expected to take place from 1 September 2026, with some opportunity for interviews during the summer break.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for learners across a range of activities, including sensory circuits, PE and class-based assistance.
- Support off-site activities and trips (including walking for at least 30 minutes).
