About this role
About the Role Oak Hill Academy West London is seeking two Teaching Assistants to support learning in a vibrant, outstanding junior school as part of the Aspirations Academies Trust. The posts are fixed-term contracts for the 2026/27 academic year, with one full-time position (31.25 hours/week) and one part-time position (28.75 hours/week), both working 39 weeks per year.
What You'll Do
- Support teachers in planning and delivering high-quality learning activities for Key Stage 2.
- Assist pupils with reading, writing and numeracy; help develop literacy and maths skills.
- Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare.
- Build strong relationships with staff, pupils and their parents/carers; support effective communication.
- Contribute to continuing professional development and participate in training opportunities.
