About the Role Rainbow Forge Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils' academic and social development in a primary setting. You will work under a qualified teacher to deliver learning activities, promote inclusion, and help pupils become independent learners while safeguarding their welfare.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with pupils to support both academic and social development.
- Deliver and review learning activities for individuals and small groups under the guidance of a qualified teacher.
- Provide short-term class cover (including PPA) without responsibility for planning and assessment.
- Support the implementation of the National Curriculum and the school’s educational programmes.
- Encourage pupils to become independent learners and help raise achievement across the school.
