About the Role The Westwood Academy is seeking a Teaching Assistant Grade 3 to support learning across subjects with a focus on delivering supportive education. This fixed-term, part-time role sits within Kenilworth Multi-Academy Trust and offers opportunities to collaborate on developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance education for pupils. What You'll Do
- Provide classroom assistance to teachers and support pupils, including 1:2:1 or small-group work
- Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving educational outcomes across all subjects
- Model positive behavior and contribute to an orderly, supportive learning environment
- Engage with CPD opportunities and work as part of a supportive team across the school What We're Looking For
