About the Role Northwest Regional ESD is seeking a Regional Math Supports Content Specialist (TOSA) within Instructional Services to contribute to the development and execution of NWRESD's professional development system across twenty component districts. The successful candidate will collaborate with a highly capable team of educators, advance educational equity and anti-racism, and apply best-practice research in adult learning and coaching to ensure access to rigorous educational opportunities for all students. What You'll Do
- Deliver and facilitate professional learning, including school coaching, to school teams across twenty districts in Columbia, Clatsop, Tillamook, and Washington counties and NWRESD employees.
- Contribute to and support the development, coordination, and implementation of NWRESD's professional development system and equity-focused improvement initiatives.
