About the Role The Tax Manager is responsible for the development, maintenance, and ongoing support of assigned tax compliance product lines, overseeing all related compliance activities and leading a team of Tax Analysts. The role serves as a liaison between product development teams, external clients or vendors, and internal sponsors to ensure timely, high-quality solutions. It also manages day-to-day operations including planning, scheduling, hiring, and process improvement to deliver initiatives. What You'll Do
- Translate and communicate business requirements between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with design specifications, documentation standards, and product objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and enabling technologies to streamline workflows, accelerate time-to-market, and reduce costs where possible.
