About the Role The Tax Manager will oversee all tax-related matters for PalmPay and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with national and local tax regulations in the Philippines, managing audits, and advising senior management on tax strategy. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Philippine tax law, particularly in financial services and installment financing, and a track record in a fast-paced commercial environment. What You'll Do
- Oversee timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all national and local tax returns (e.g., Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes, Percentage Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Local Business Tax, Annual Registration Fee).
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance activities; maintain audit-ready records; manage relationships with BIR, SEC, and LGUs.
