Job title: Tax Manager
Overview: We are still hiring for a Tax Manager to join our team in Lagos with a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to corporate and individual clients, navigating complex transactions like mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Oversee the accurate preparation and timely filing of all statutory tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.) in line with Nigerian tax laws.
- Lead statutory tax audits and investigations, and confidently represent clients before the FIRS and State Internal Revenue Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in taxation and consulting. Experience within a Big 4 or a reputable consulting firm is a strong advantage.
