About the Role OCA Global está buscando Talento Junior para un rol en la División EHS en Perú. El/la candidato/a apoyará la supervisión de actividades de instalación de pisos industriales, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa de SST y de los estándares del cliente. Esta posición implica trabajo en sitio y reporte directo a la gerencia de EHS. What You'll Do
- Supervisión permanente en sitio de las actividades de instalación de pisos industriales.
- Elaboración y revisión de ATS, PETAR y permisos de trabajo de alto riesgo (altura, espacios confinados, en caliente).
- Charlas diarias de seguridad e inspecciones de EPP, equipos y herramientas.
- Verificación del cumplimiento de la Ley N° 29783, su reglamento y los estándares HSE del cliente (PepsiCo).
- Gestión y reporte de incidentes, condiciones y actos subestándar.
- Reportes diarios/semanales de gestión de seguridad al cliente.
