Aktive Identifizierung und Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat:innen über diverse Sourcing-Kanäle (z. B. Business-Netzwerke, die Bundesagentur für Arbeit und PowerUs) Vorqualifizierung gesourcter Profile anhand definierter Anforderungen, Durchführung telefonischer Pre-Screenings sowie Übergabe geeigneter Profile an das Recruiting im Bewerbermanagementsystem bzw. Pflege dieser in Talent-Pools Unterstützung und Begleitung von On-Site-Events mit Sourcing-Partnern (z. B. der Bundeswehr und der Bundesagentur für Arbeit) Schnittstelle zum Employer Branding bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung erforderlicher Sourcing-Kampagnen (z. B. für Infomaterial zu Soldatentagen)
