What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings of candidates for non-traditional marketing positions.
- Follow a structured, scripted methodology to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Assess candidate responses, read between the lines, identify key competencies and potential for success, ensuring all interviewees are qualified.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions within ICIMs (ATS).
