ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Talent Producer responsible for identifying, booking, and managing on-air talent, guests, and contributors for television, digital, and live productions.
YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Research, identify, and book guests, experts, celebrities, and contributors aligned with production needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with talent representatives, publicists, agents, and managers.
- Coordinate talent schedules, travel arrangements, accommodations, and appearance logistics.
- Prepare briefing materials and talking points for hosts and guests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for talent before, during, and after productions.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and editorial teams to ensure talent aligns with show content and objectives.
- Negotiate appearance terms within company guidelines when applicable.
