About the Role The North America Dispute Resolution Group (NA Disputes) Talent Management role supports the Practice Group Leader (PGL) and Business Manager (BM) to accelerate practice group and individual lawyer performance and development in a matrixed North American environment. The role primarily supports the NA Disputes practice group and also collaborates on regional activities (North America), including the regional Associate Committee and professional development programs such as RISE, and coordinates NA mentoring and surveys for associates. The person will act as a liaison across the Americas region to facilitate communication and alignment for Mexico and Latin America Disputes practices. What You'll Do
