About the Role The Talent Advisor is a full-cycle recruiting partner for assigned client groups in India. This on-site role in Mumbai/Bangalore will lead end-to-end recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers and HR to deliver timely hires aligned to business priorities. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs, and drive aligned, timely hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines across multiple channels.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, optimize candidate funnel and improve time-to-fill, on-time delivery and quality of hire.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, structured engagement, and efficient process management.
