About the Role Trivelta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our rapid growth in Barcelona. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring across functions to help scale our commercial and support teams while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. What You'll Do
- Recruitment & Job Marketing: Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.
- Candidate Management: Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Onboarding Coordination: Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.
