About the Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist at PalmPay will lead end-to-end recruitment across operations, sales, collections, and support functions. This role requires experience in high-volume hiring within fintech or financial services, and will partner with hiring managers and external agencies to build a strong talent pipeline. What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Support high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and back-office roles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
